My story

I am a registered massage therapist, qualified in Swedish massage at the IKRA massage therapy academy. I am a member of the Quebec federation of approved massage therapists (+900 hrs). I hold a college diploma in specialized education techniques as well as a professional studies diploma in family and social assistance to people at home. I have a certificate in wilderness first responder as well as in vital care and resuscitation. I have worked in the social and community sectors for over 20 years. The helping relationship is at the heart of my career and I now specialize in massage therapy in order to provide benefits to the body. I am interested in plants and their uses in herbalism. I am certified in prenatal massage. Eventually, I would like to add hypnosis techniques to my practice. Upcoming training: Chair massage and lymphatic drainage.
